All Apps not working

Bravia KDL-43WE753bu. Apps not working since yesterday. You Tube working but nothing else (TV  catch ups and Opera). On trying Catch up through yellow button in Guide, message  "Loading, please wait" but nothing happens.

Any clues as to what I need to do please?

Network connection check comes up Results OK

Well, pleased to say that I have just watched Mrs Wilson on BBC iplayer.

SWMBO suggested that I unplug the TV for a minute and see if that worked and b....r me it did.

Had lost BBC & ITV apps. Switch off, disconnect the power lead on rear of TV  for 30 secs (this seems the key part!) then restart. All working.
