3d glasses filters

want to check with anyone on this forum if they have recieved any 3d glasses filters from sony, if so how long it took for delivery, ive been waiting for 5 weeks now and rang sony about 6 times but even when i give my reference number the lady keeps telling me she cant tell me weather they have been sent out or not but i will get them very soon.

very disapointed with the after sales expierence from sony, every time i phoned i not had 1 helpful person.

has anyone else had this?

yes i have thanks, but no one replied to me, some ppl on this forum have had their filters but i seem be gettinhg nowhere with calling post sales sony.
