WhatsAPP problem...:(

Hi,

I have a xperia pro...my gmail,facebook is working fine even navigation ,weather everything okay.

but when i try yo connect to whatsapp it says ..."check wheather you are connected to internet..."

i tried it many times but the pop up comes up everytime with this msg..

plz  help...:(

try clearing the apps data. settings>apps>manage apps> look for the app and tap "clear data" reboot your phone

if that does not work, try reinstalling app

bfore i clear data...or unistall whatsapp..and then reboot...

but 1 silly Question...

how do i install it again...i mean is the software s still dere in the phone or do i have to download it again and install it.??

you perform the clear data and reboot and check the app again if it works alright.

if it did not work, uninstall the app,
go to google play and search  the app again.

I am also getting the same problem.. I reinstalled the app several times but every time it would pop up with the message
"unable to connect" though internet connection exists.. plz help.

hey my whatsapp didn't send messages. so I uninstalled it, downloaded another and installed it. My chats were restored but my contacts aren't showing. when I refresh it says:"please try later". please help.

hi im using xperia pro....my whatsapp cant open eventhough I uninstall and install back for many times...i also reset my phone and I thought this will solve the problem but still the same..it keep telling " whatsapp unfortunatly stopped " please help me....
