Hi,
I've just downgraded from an iPhone to a W995. I pay T-Mobile monthly for my sim card and get 1GB of data with that.
When trying to access the internet I get a message saying 'Connection failure. check settings. If problem persists, contact internet provider,' T-Mobile have no idea how to solve my problem.
When in internet settings I have lots of options; E-Plus, o2, T-Mobile, Vodafone, debitel. All web and MMS options. I have selected T-Mobile Web as this seemed logical but I still cannot connect. Is this the correct setting?

If the T-Mobile Web account doesn't work, ask T-Mobile which APN you should use for your subscription and then create a new data account under Settings -> Connectivity -> Internet settings -> Connect using -> Options -> Create new -> PS data. Enter any name of the account, the APN from your operator, save it, select it and save.
