my x10 wont start up

i hit power feel the vibrate but it doesnt boot can tell that there is some light on screen but it is blank

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems. Have you tried updating the software in the handset? The handset would need to be completely powered off to do this and it may resolve the issues you are experiencing. The update service can be downloaded from the link below.

i tried that but it wouldnt go into flash mode so SEUS didnt help...but i called the at&t warranty division as the phone was only month and a half old and they had a new x10 in my hands 24 hours later so all is well. old handset on its way to them
