You have 2 options

1) contact your local Sony

or

2) use flashtool

Help please! I have a six week old Xperia SP which I've been very pleased with. Two nights ago I got the message telling me that Android 4.3 was ready to download, which I did, thinking it would be a big improvement.

Big mistake more like. The phone is now very unresponsive, hangs on most app opening and struggles to connect with Twitter, email, etc.

How do I revert to the previous Android version? Thanks.

Is there an one click solution for the downgrade problem?

It seems a bit strange that no one wrote some kind of software which would do the same job as PCC or SUS but backwards.

I need an one click solution, not a cookbook (because I already lost enormous amount of time on reading messages on this forum during the last 3,5 months and on upgrading and re-installing firmware and additional applications on my phone. I've had enough! I don't want to spend any more time than it is absolutely necessary to make my phone work properly,).

It seems that I will take my Xperia SP to the service center and pay for the downgrade. The question is whether they will be willing to do the downgrade.
