When the mio alpha is paired with sony xperia V I hava the following
message:

Couldn't pair with MIO GLOBAL because of an incorrect PIN or passkey.

The support of MIO answered that it's because phone didn't support BLE.

Do's Xperia V support Bluetooth BLE profile?

I get update to 4.3 for Xperia V. Now MIO Global connected to Runtastic. Think BLE is supported.

As far as I know Xperia V does not support Bluetooth LE at the moment.

As I know Android 4.3 will support BLE. Will Xperia V be upgrated to 4.3 version?

Here are the current plans for 4.2 and 4.3
