HT-MT500

Hi forum,

Recently I tried to upgrade my HT-MT500 with firmware M39.R.0377, but it fails everytime. I follow USB Update Instructions(https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/downloads/W0011352) . Everytime it ends up with message Update failed and  ERROR are displayed  on the display window. I tried to reset system to factory settings, but it didnt help either.

I also tried troubleshooting for the USB Update, but no results.

Please Can me get some advice!

Ho @Kuopching84, try to unzip the downloaded file with WinRAR if you have used another software. Then retry the update...

Nope, It doesnt work. I try several tools for extracting archive( WinRAR,7-Zip,Windows 10 default tool) Result is always same=>Update failed. Any other suggestions please?

Yes, of course. As I wrote down in my first post, I tried everything listed here (https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/home-theater-sound-bars-home-theater-systems/ht-mt500/downl...) in section Troubleshooting for the USB Update.  Any help?
