Have wired up and can't get the BDP-S185 to connect to internet

BT HomeHub and BDP-S185 player wired, but screen says Physical and Internet connections failed.

What can I do?  I have followed all the instructions.

Hi - Sounds like its not connected to the web, so I'd look at the cable and makes sure thats working, but it may well be that the homehub is blocking it or something as its not even getting an IP address from the router. Do you have any other hard wired devices connected to the hub?
