Sony HDR AS50 Video Out?

Hi all,

I’m looking to connect my camera to a LiveU solo device to live stream to YouTube. The camera only has the micro usb multiport - is it possible to connect the camera to an output with HD?

So far, I’ve tried to connect it via a micro usb to hdmomegle i cable (solo device has hdmi input), but the solo device does not recognize the Sony as a camera.

Can this camera even support video out to something other than the Live View remote? Thanks for any help!

Only the HDR-AS300 and the FDR-X3000 can output in HD via Micro HDMI.

Hey i*****weni, the camera doesn't support Sony's software. So I'm not sure if I can help. Try IamNic suggestion.
