Sony Bravia tv KDL-32W5810 which will not store programmes

I have a Sony Bravia tv KDL-32W5810 which will not store programmes. Each time it is switched on, even from stand-by, I need to re-tune it. After re-tuning all the programmes are available although the program guide does not populate. Any ideas or is it just getting old.

Hi Alex,

At this point, I believe this TV has got some sort of a physical issue. I'd say send it for repair.

I found this link: https://locator.sony/en_GB/servicecenters  to locate the nearest service center to you to arrange the service on the Sony website, I think you should contact them.
