Cashback problem

Hello there,
On 08/01/2019 I purchased an ILCE-7M2 camera and on 08/02/2019 I made a request to take my cashback. Yesterday when I checked the status from the sony's website, I saw a message that told me to reply on the last email. This email never appeared in my inbox. So, I decided to call the service section here in Greece. They told me that the problem is that in the receipt doesn't described the model of the camera and that I sould send again a new receipt. I phoned to the shop that I bought the camera and they send just a confimation that descibed that the receipt that I send to Sony is for the ILCE-7M2 with the appropriate serial number. Now, I'm just waiting to see a new problem. Can someone tell me what else sould I do?
