Not started Xperia E c1504 SS

Hi, all

Phone is switched off after the battery out.
Then, after connection  to power AC or USB, the display automaticly shows SONY for 1-2 seconds and then phone reboots again. When press the power ON button, NO vibration and a flashing red light.... :((((
What to do?

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds > let it charge for  1 or 2 hours > after 1-2 hours try to turn it back on
