sony cashback deal

Hi there

I bought a Sony Cybershot camera in December 2011 with a £50.00 cash back deal.

It cost me £269.99 and at the time I completed the relevant form and sent it to Sony.

I heard nothing so called them a few weeks later and they gave me an email address of

sonysmartoffers@dss.net I have tried several times over several months both through Jessops and Sony

I seem to be getting nowhere as they said that too much time had lapsed.

I was told to send proof of purchase, although this keeps bouncing back.

can anyone advise me please or give me a valid email address in which to help?
