HX300 Picture Effect problem

Hello there.
I have a problem with my brand new DSC-HX 300.
The HDR Painting,Rich-tone Monochrom,Miniature,Watercolor and Illustration is not exist in Picture Effect menu and i can t update my camera...HELP

Have  you tried putting the camera in MANUAL mode then seeing if you can access the picture effects?
