There's quite a bit of speculation about this year's releases, largely due to the credit crisis and a changing marketplace, but really no way of saying what (or when) Sony will announce before it happens. Like most large electronics manufacturers, details are very sketchy indeed, right up until a new product launch.
The current 'H' series range (HX10V, HX20V, HX30V) was launched last summer and if the history of previous model upgrades is anything to go by, there is always a possibility of a new model or two this year: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sony_Cyber-shot_cameras#H_series
Its unlikely the current models would be discontinued until a new one comes along, and I did find all three models available on the Sony UK site today: http://www.sony.co.uk/product/dsc-h-series/dsc-hx20v
