how to set date imprint on Nex 5?

hi, does anyone know how i can set my nex 5 camera with date imprints?

Hello kifeng - Welcome to the Sony Forums

This feature was not originally included with the NEX-5 - however the time and date information is stored in the file data and so if you use the software supplied with the camera, you can add this 'Date/Time Stamp' on once the images have been uploaded to your computer.

If you update to the latest version of PlaymemoriesHome (this can be downloaded here) then you can add the date information using this guide:
