Dear all,
I have bought my Sony Vaio VPC-EA 3S1E/B since July 2011. The left mouse doesn't work now. I want to check if it is still under warranty or not but I can't do it on the Sony.de website.
Could somebody please tell me if my Vaio still under its warranty, and what should I do to repair it?

the best way to check the warranty is to contact the support. They can tell you whether you still have the warranty or not.

I assume your preferred language is English. You may find better help for your laptop in the UK section, which you can choose in the tabs above.
As for checking your warranty, have you registered your laptop? And in which country?

I already registered my laptop here in Germany and check on this sony.de for the warranty. Unfortunately, I couldn't check.
I already reinstalled driver for the mouse, but it didn't help.
I mean, I already registered my Vaio. Is there any way to check online whether my vaio still under its warranty?
