A spot appears on screen

Hi,
It has been 25 days ago, I bought the phone.
Today I turned my phone on and I see a spot on the screen.. is there any solution for it or this is your default problem for all the xperia users.

I am very much disappointed... I am totally shocked.

It could be a dead pixel,take the phone bcak into service.
