XF9005 stuck on old software

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my 55XF9005 til the newest software/firmware, the update starts up like it should, the copy process reaches 100% and the updating picture appears and goes to about 33% and then the TV restarts and boot up on the old software/firmware ?

Not sure if you're referring to Over The Air or USB method, but you can try clearing the cached data (Settings - Storage & Reset - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restart the TV by holding the Power button and try again.
