Sony TV

Hi, I have a new Sony Bravia TV model number KD43X8309 CBU and I cannot do a software update. I get the message "Update server temporarily unavailable - try later (error 2123)" I have tried this at all times of day and night with the same message which occurs when the update is 72% complete (every time)

 Can you help?

Your solution worked perfectly and I upgraded the firmware via a memory stick. Thank you very much, the TV is far better now.
