My Video app doesn't seem to work at all.

USB devices are detected and I can see my media files but none of them work. Just get the loading circular animation. Tried different sticks and even a proper USB 3 ext HDD but no luck.

Go to Devices and it detects my Plex media server but says it needs turning on. The TV won't turn it on at all if I press onto it! It definitely is on as the Plex app allows me access to it.

Think an update has sorted this issue as now the Video app is the only app that works as it should apart from when streaming 4k video files from a NAS server.

Streaming 4k video doesn't display any video but plays the sound from the 4k clip which is weird.

Can play the same file from a USB drive so unsure what's going on here.
