Sonos Beam ARC Problem

Recently changed my Sonos system Beam, Bass, 2 Sonos 1,  around took the Playbar out and added a Beam that worked perfectly with an LG in another room.

Since I have connected it up, I have to reset the TV and unplug for it to recognise the Beam. This is a pain. I know their are issues but does anyone in simple terms have a work round? Thank you and keep well.

Have you tried factory resetting the TV and the amp?

Thank you, I have tried everything. I have now replaced the Beam with a Playbar that uses the optical connection. That's sorted it all our

Hi Mercedes2019,

 

Happy to know that it works via optical ! If you connect the playbar via HDMI does the same thing happen?
