Rif.: No sound, just image on KD-55XG8577 VERSION ... - Sony

I have a problem even after i update the firmware to 6.5042 my tv has no sound, just image when it start. I have tu press TV buton to starts the sound. So even if on that version it describes that solves that kind of problem in reality problem is not solved, it remains and is frustraiting. Please do something to really solve the problem.

Hi bograile4, are you connecting a sound system? Or that's from the TV speaker?

Try to reboot Android TV, keep pressed Power/OFF on remote.

If don't work, try a factory reset.
