How to reset All Apps access
Hi Guys,
How can I 'reset' the All APPS please?
I set up a Sony Bravia a couple of weeks ago for a recently widowed friend. I had to use my details to 'add' and log into her modem, but she's unable to use ITV catch up, nor Channel Five catch up?
(On reading about adding apps, it says either go to the Google shop or use Youview(?), neither of which show after pressing home)?
How can I reset this, using her details and not, as at present, me as a guest?
I look forward to hearing from some one who can help?

I say that, as my friend has gotten rid of the box and lost her instructions?
