How do I know if new firmwear is available for my TV ?

You can check via the TV:

Or you can check on Sony's Support Website:

Also, if you have a smartphone or tablet, you can install Sony's App (Available on iTunes or Google Play) - Which will push a notification to your phone/tablet informing you that a new firmware is available
