Got a sound bar HT-SF150 to my Bravia KD-43XD8088, and it works fine using HDMI to the TV's ARC jack. Bluetooth pairing the soundbar with my Galaxy TAB S2 to stream music from Spotify also works fine. But after leaving the tablet (unpairing) and going to TV, I get double sound: the TV audio and the soundbar audio, with a lag between them which makes it unbearable. The only way I have found to get back to normal audio is to disconnect the power cord of the sound bar, and then reconnect. Would appreciate help with this.

This is very unusual. Are you sure that the speakers are set to Audio system? You can check this by pressing Home - Settings - Sound/Audio - Speakers and choose Audio system.

Thank you The_Black_Rose - Yes, it is set to Audio System, but when connecting the TV after a music session, the TV Speakers become active after a while. And the settings then changes to TV Speakers. Changing the settings back to Audio System, but it reverts to TV Speakers after about 10 seconds with the message: "TV Speakers are active due to Audio System communication failure".
Think I have eliminated the variables on the tablet (unpairing etc). On the soundbar tried turing off the Bluetooth function (3 fingers for 10 sec on the soundbar) and various options to shut down the soundbar before swiching on the TV - but no such luck. Tried Bluetooth standby mode off and tried turning the System Auto standby mode off - but no luck.
It seems that the System Audio does not switch off properly after a music session. Connecting the TV tries to switch on the System Audio - but cannot do that as it already on (?) - so it switches the TV Speakers on - thus double audio.

Think this is more of a soundbar problem rather than a TV problem. Think I will post my question to the TV & Home Cinema community
Just realized that it is there already.
On solution is to reduce the sound to 0 with the TV remote, but this is not a very attractive way out. Any suggestion anybody.

Can you try changing the type of connection from HDMI to optical?

Tried that already. Yes with optical (HDMI disconnected) I do not get double sounds, as II only get the TV speaker .sound. Switching settings to System Audio I get no sound at all (it has not been muted) - am I missing something here?
