Lost TV Channels

My TV tuner has lost BBC 1 and BBC 2. My solution is to retune the tuner but cannot find the instuctions to do this. Can anyone help either with finding the instuctions or any other suggestions to resolve the problem

Try this..

Start Windows Media Center and choose Live TV right click and select Settings, then click on TV, click Guide and then click Add missing channels.
