DSC-W580: Too bright pictures

Why does my SONY DSC-W580 camera take white or too bright pictures but the Sweep Panorama and movies are OK?

I have a SONY DSC-W810 camera. It takes too bright pictures. The LCD is  working properly but after I take a picture, a completely white or a too  bright picture is taken. At the same time the Panorama sweep and Video  camera work properly. How can I fix the problem?

Hello shh12345 - Welcome to the Sony Forums

Have you tried resetting the camera back to its factory default settings to see if this fixes the problem? You will be able to find this option in the setup menu.
