Downloading videos from DSC-HX20V

Could you please help me with downloading videos onto a DVD disc from a DSC-HX20V.

I haven't got administrator access to the PC I am using, therefore can't download Play Memories Home.

When I try to use Windows Movie Maker, it says that the required codec isn't available on my PC.

You might struggle if you can't install any other software to be honest, if its an older PC with WMM & limited codec support. Maybe you could use a cloud based editing package which would recognise AVCHD, but becomes a little more complicated.

 

Maybe another user has a good suggestion..
