I recieved a family member's old Z2a when it was around one years old. One day, parts of the screen did not respond to touch. I had recieved a new phone not long after and did not bother to replace it. I had reset the phone before I stored it
However, I recently decided to use it as a backup, but touch screen did not work AT ALL. I am still stuck on the language screen, which occasionally responds to the touch. I have tried the PC companion's software repair, but it would not download.
What should I do??
