Xperia Z2 network notification

Since I have carried out the latest software update everytime my network drops out or comes back I get a vibration on my phone and when on loud it has a ringtone.

It is SOOOOOO annoying because I live in an area that loses phone signal a lot so it constantly buzzes.

Anyone know how to turn it off?

I don't think there is an option to disable that.
