I updated my Xperia Z to 4.4.2 with build number 10.5.A.0.230 and now i cannot dial to any toll free numbers in india.

Is this an issue. I can dial those same numbers from other cells. In my phone it is saying check the number you have dialed.

There's couple of ways

1. stop by your local Sony Xperia Care, they might be able to do so

or

2. use flashtool

That seems to be more on a network end than a phone end, contact your carrier/network

I am using vodafone. My friend also is using vodafone. From his cell i am able to dial into the toll free numbers but no luck from mine. Previously before update i was able to dial in successfully.

I would still contact Vodafone on this matter, perhaps there's an issue with your account

If you have no luck with the network provider I would also advise speaking with your local Xperia Care team as they will be able to test it from their end too.
