My Z5 permium, after updating don't work, and I can't turn on it, and in Mac write 020000..., what can I do??!!

Hi @601010, sorry to hear that.

Do I understand correctly that when you go to Settings > Wi-Fi, you are not able to turn it on at all?

If that is the case, try restarting your device in safe mode and see if there is any change when your downloaded applications aren't loaded. A normal reboot will start up your downloaded applications again so nothing will be deleted.

You can also reset the network settings in your device if you go to Settings > More > Network settings reset > Reset settings. When this is done, restart your device.
