Hi !!
I am having this strange problem. When I restart the phone for first 2-3 hours if I click on settings it asks for security password. Although after 2-3 hours it stops asking for one but I am sure I havent set any passwords. The default passwords like 1111, 0000 etc wont work. I mailed sony care but there response is still pending. I dont wanna reset phone and spend time setting up all the things again
. Can anyone suggest a solution? I am attaching a screenshot of the same.

hey me too have this and i think this is something with the password we given for phone lost / xperia tracking whn we enter the same password associated with that it will be solved
i faced the same problem as u did. this happens when u click the camera button on right side of ur device without unlocking the screen of your mobile. you just need to unlock the screen, tap the camera button on right hand side, take a picture by clicking the button, then go to ur setting it will unlock and wont ask for security code.
Hope it helps!!!!
I faced similar issue where I forgot that I had turned on Sys-Guard under X-Alert Settings. I turned off Sys-Guard and after that no more annoying security password prompt came again on accessing Settings
I am also facing this same problem and everytime i restart my phone, my settings stops to open!! Xperia support...do something...else i will never use xperia
