If you need to have the charging port replaced on your device, I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a repair for you, or inform you if there are any authorized service centres in your area that you can visit.
If you have any questions regarding warranty, local service routines and consumer laws they will gladly assist you with that as well and will be able to provide a much more detailed answer than I can as these terms differ between markets/regions.
