Dear Sony Mobile,
I would like to suggest that Sony Mobile should choose a proper authorized distributor for Myanmar. The authorized distributor of Myanmar, Alpha Techonology & Communication cannot support proper services for customers. I have to leave my phone Z2 at the service center for 32 days and what they finally reply is they cannot fix and they also take my sim card and 16GB sd card. I don't get my sim card and SD card back. The worst service center I have ever seen. I hope Sony could provide a better service center and better distributor. I hope incidents like mine could be reduced. Otherwise, Sony Mobile would lose their market in Myanmar eventually. I hope my suggestion help to improve Sony Mobile.
