I have recently upgraded my SD Card from 32GB to 128GB. It has recently started either unmounting or crashing leaving the card inaccessible unless I remove, insert into a PC, eject from PC then reinsert into the phone.
I originally thought it was the SD Card and received a replacement but it seems to be doing the same on this new one.
Please help as it's really limiting the functionality of the phone (Sony Xperia Z5 Compact).
