please help!!
I have YouTube open and it advances or pauses only the video or performs a function as if it had clicked. Not only is it on YouTube, the same thing happens to me if I have an open application and actions are taken without me clicking. The same with Internet pages, I'm reading something and out of nowhere opens another thing as if I clicked on some link.

I have factory reset my Xperia Z2 but it continues to do so. Is it possible that it is a virus?

Or what could it be? I will appreciate your help

Tengo abierto YouTube y se adelanta o se pausa solo el video o realiza una función como si hubiese dado clic.  No sólo es en YouTube,  me pasa lo mismo si tengo una aplicación cualquiera abierta y se realizan acciones sin que yo de clic. Lo mismo con páginas de Internet, estoy leyendo algo y de la nada abre otra cosa como si diera clic en algún vínculo. 

He reseteado de fabrica mi Xperia Z2 pero lo sigue haciendo. Es posible que sea un virus? 

O que podría ser? Agradeceré su ayuda

Remove it > clean the screen > restart the phone > test it w/o the screen protector > report back.
