I am updating my Z2 (D6503) to android L, the download is complete, however, Pc Companion asked me to turn off my device and to disconnect my device, then to press volume down key while reconnecting my device, my problem lies here, I did that, and I have pressed the key for about 5 miniuts, yet nothing happened, what could be the problem? My Pc is running on win 8, and I am located in Syria>

And update information is currently not accessible. Why?

@Firax uninstall and reinstall PCC >r estart your PC > try again.

i tried that, also i tried updating java and flas player, disable the antivirus while updating, even using different pc, all of them had the same result. one more thing! i wasn't able to install the pcc when connecting the moble to pc, so i used the factory data reset and also same result, i was using previous version that i installed from my old z, i downloaded latest pcc version from the web. Im really upset that im failing to update my mobile, even more after i've seen it live on other mobiles which by the way is amazing and a big step forward. i hope that someone can help me with this. thanks

the mobile updated without connecting to pc!!!! its good thing but i see that i reset my mobile for nothing!!! the important thing now that its updated now thanks.
