Problème oreillette toujours branché même si il rien de branché , du coup je peut appeler qu'en haut parleur ? Comment faire ?

Do I understand correctly that even when you remove the headset from the device, it still acts as like it is connected to the device? Have you made sure that there is no dirt in the 3.5 mm port on your device?

If there is nothing blocking the port, try resetting the Smart Connect application in your device. You can do so if you go to Settings > Apps > Smart Connect > Storage > Clear data > OK > restart your device.
