Principal microphone broken

just received mine today. Except it's more like a very strong wind constantly blowing into the mic. I tried to contact Xperia Care who said to do a repair my phone via Sony PC Companion that did nothing.

Disable microphone noise suppression in call settings.

Thanks but I solved and everything works perfectly, beating first with his finger on the mic and blowing some compressed air at low pressure in the main microphone. Of course it is not normal but for now everything works perfectly (for now I keep it under control).
