phone restarts by itself

I have a expria z ultra phone and just today it started to continiously restart itself after every 3 minutes of time....can anyone help me with this issue please I really love my fone...please......

Had to connect my phone to a PC and download the pc repair for Sony then did phone repair. However, this deleted all apps and info I had on the phone.

It's all because Facebook app (i think), yesterday I have same problem,  phone start freezing and restarting,with com.sony.... has stopped working error. Then I delete Facebook app and now my Z Ultra working good. Hope this method will help you
