Need help with unstall app

I had sd card but it crashed and now i cant delete apps its says the app wasn't found in the list of installed apps need help please

You can try settings-apps-all,scroll down to xperia home. Force stop and clear data. This will remove your widgets from screen.

So your apps were on ext SD card and now its being corrupted so you can't uninstall your apps?

I have read somewhere here in the forums that reinstall the same app from play store helped sort out the issue.
