Lately the 'back key', the 'home key', and the 'recent apps key' are no longer sensitive to my fingers' touch. I did reset to factory settings, but it does not help. What is wrong? Many thanks for your help.
It resizes your screen placing the buttons away from the faulty area. I'm using 0,0,0,15 but I've read somewhere that this problem is progressive, so the values may change accordingly to how damaged your screen is.
I lament to admit it, but it only did go well for a short period of time! I am back in the dead-navigatin-keys-zone! Navigation keys only function when it is able to rotate into the horizontal position! Vertically the navigation keys do not respond! Please, Sony what to do about this? Or are we asking for too much?
