My Xperia ZR Over heating

Hello ,

When ever i use my ZR for downloading Apps or browse internet the phone over heats.

When it is over heated the Camera app doesn't open up shows Phone is on high temperature , try after some time

--- Is this a Phone hard ware issue , or something else

Suggestions welcome

My Xperia Z is always hot when i connect it with wi fi and i need a solution why it's being hot to hold it in hands?

Hi

i have purchased sony zr yesterday and from first call the phone is heating and the same while using internet.

today i have updated this phone but nothing better happened.

Pls suggest whether i will go to service centre or returned  this phone to dealer....

Few days ago I've purchased Sony Xperia ZR online. Now whenever I'm using simple apps or wireless internet its over heating too much and many times in a day.

Now Online dealer will not take it back, please suggest me if there is any solution.

Hi,

I purchased my phone this week,and I upgraded my phone to v.4.4 Kitkat.

After using it for a while and playing some games for 5 to 10 minutes the temperature of the device went on to be 40 degrees celcius nad rising,it gets overheated even if I put it on charging.

Please help.....:smileyconfused:

My Z1 heats up and then the apps and camera shuts down the. back of the phone are so warm can hardly thought it. It's still brand new

i have sony zr this phone overheting using mobile deta(3g) back side geting heat how to fix this problam version 4.4.4 (only heating 3g using time )

I got the same problem with my new Sony xz2 phone so I will have too take it back to the shop
