Can someone who owns a z5 prem please help me?
I have a black screen but I can hear the notification sounds, I am hopeful that I can get all my information off the phone using the companion software.
I need someone to just measure with a ruler and let me know where I should touch the screen.
I think I swipe 2 times to get to the correct screen then I think I need to choose usb (need measurments here!) then the next screen I need to choose mtp (need measurements here!)
PLease thank you for doing even if you have other cell issues!!! thanks (my father is very ill and all his pics and records are on this phone and very important to me. )
