I emailed customer support and they said I need to send in the phone for repair. Sent it off and now when I log into my Sony account they are asking for £130 which I can't afford at all. Phone is still under warrantee. Not even sure if a Z3 is worth that. Can anyone help or advise me please

I'm sorry to hear this.
As this is a global forum I cannot say why your service center has deemed that the repair shouldn't be covered by the warranty on your device.
If you get back to me in a PM with what IMEI number your device and what email you used to create your Sony acount, I can see if I can find out more information about this.
