Complaint: Suffering from annoying overheating issues

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to complain about the annoyable overheating issue of xperia Z3+. I have been using sony for a long time from Xperia X10, Xperia Ion, Xperia Z to Xperia Z3+. I have pre-ordered and  brought the Z3+ from Kwai Fong Fortress on 13/6/15. I have noticed the heating issue before but thought that it is about the software issue and wait for the update. But currently, i have found some post on the web and found that the main reason for the heating issues is from the CPU Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. From http://www.xperiablog.net/2015/06/08/sony-using-snapdragon-810-v2-1-for-the-xperia-z3-and-z4-tablet-...

From the post http://www.xperiablog.net/2015/06/02/does-the-snapdragon-810-chipset-put-you-off-the-xperia-z3-plus/

It is stated that because of the overheating of the chipset, there not many phones use this.

“Rightly or wrongly, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset has not had the best of press. Even before we saw the 810 chipset make an appearance in any phones, there was plenty of speculation on heat problems and higher-than-usual throttling.
Perhaps, because of this, there aren’t too many phones that use the Snapdragon 810 chipset. We can think of only two major ones outside of the Xperia Z3 Plus, the HTC One M9 and LG G Flex 2. Additional factors that gave credence to these rumours include the fact that Samsung decided to use its own silicon for the Galaxy S6/S6 Edge and LG used the Snapdragon 808 for the G4, instead of the 810.”

So, the first question is why sony keep using this chipset while other company observe this problem but they choose to refuse to use this chipset.

Second, in this post, http://www.xperiablog.net/2015/06/10/japanese-xperia-z4-owners-complain-of-heat-issues/
”Retail shops in Japan are doing their best to warn people about the heating issues relating to the Snapdragon 810 chipset. The notice you see further down was placed in a shop and recommends users who plan to purchase a phone using the Snapdragon 810 chipset to ensure they periodically power off their handset, power off the handset during charging and make regular backups.”
When the overheat issue is found and being complained, the retail shop in Japan does acknowledge and warn the comsumer about this overheating issue about the hardware (810 chipset). but obviuosly in Hong Kong, they retail shop fortress did not do so. If they have told me about this issue on the chipset, i definitely wont buy it!
So how come sony did not set policy immediately and acknowledge the customer in Hong Kong? if Sony have done this, i wont be writing this complaint.

Thirdly, from this, http://www.xperiablog.net/2015/09/04/xperia-z5-using-dual-heat-pipes-to-control-thermal-performance/

Sony is issuing a new xperia Z5 with dual heat pipe to control the heat issue while xperia z3+ is using a single heat pipe. This is the improvement to combat the heat issue when sony receive the complaint on heat issue but this is not done to xperia z3+!!! Sony improve this but are not applied to Z3+!!! How can this happen? Also, the time schedule for releasing Sony Flagship is different this year. Sony suddenly announce Xperia Z3+, it gives me the feeling that sony know this problem and want to sell the item as soon as possible. The Z3+ is not well developed and is like a transitional product. and later release Sony Z5 as the flagship shortly after three months.

How to explain this?

So, as a Sony loyal user, i apprieciate sony's product on design and quality. I love sony's product. Even my laptop(pro 13) and TV (Bravo) is using sony. But this time i really feel like being cheated!!
Sony know there is problem for 810 chipset but still use the chipset without fixing the problem ( coz i have tried the latested update for fixing the heat issue, but when i browse and watch stocks for around 5 minutes, the Z3+ heats up and is too hot for me to use it).

So, Please give me solution and explantion on this!
I am looking forward for your reply!

Thank you!

Best regards,

Mr. Yiu (from Hong Kong)

There is a huge thread about overheating and suggestions from other users:
