Changing Volume Setting

Can't change my phone from silent setting. The volume button works fine for media but that's it.
Done a reset on it but same problem.

When you press your volume button, you need to tap on the Silent icon (like a circle with a line in middle) to cycle between Silent, souns, and vibration.
